Has anyone seen the MIPPA Kidney Education Benefit from the NKF?

I see it is available (http://www.kidney.org/professionals/KLS/YTYC.cfm) to Physicians, Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants and Clinical Nurse Specialists. I think this is the CKD4 materials that Medicare extended coverage to under MIPPA. Anyone cough cough Dori, Beth cough seen what they say/cover?

I haven't seen the NKF materials. I believe the intent was to help physicians and other qualified providers provide education to CKD Stage 4 patients on topics that are supposed to be covered in the CKD education benefit.
