About Dr. John Agar
Dr. John Agar, MBBS, FRACP, FRCP (London), OAM, is the Director of Renal Services, Geelong Hospital, Geelong, Victoria, Australia. He directs and administers a busy, hospital-based renal service that provides both dialysis and transplant care. He personally prescribes and supervises home dialysis for dozens of people with kidney failure. Dr. Agar is an expert in home hemodialysis and speaks at meetings around the world, and will answer questions relating to the how and why of the dialysis process and the impact of dialysis on human physiology.
