Default Cycling Peritoneal dialysis order sets

We are an acute, hospital-based dialysis service. We provide backup maintenence hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis for patients admitted to to our hospital. We currently offer only a CAPD opton for PD patients and would like to make CCPD available for patients who employ this modality at home.
We have an electronic medical record and I am developing an physician (nephrologist) order set. Does anyone have an order set that we could use as a draft for our electronic medical record.
    Thanks

Have you tried contacting Baxter or Fresenius to see what they can suggest?

I found this article that may be of interest - Making an electronic order entry and documentation system work for peritoneal dialysis--surmounting design limitations.
