I’ve read on Aksys website that they lost their parts supplier and am wondering whether any of you on Aksys are worried about this? Do you feel confident that they will solve their problems soon? For more information read the article…
This press release was issued July 11, 2006 and a key section of it says:
The Company believes that it has a sufficient inventory of new machines and spare parts on hand to continue operations for several months without any further shipments from Delphi. While Aksys is interested in resolving this dispute on a timely basis, Aksys is prepared to defend itself in litigation against Delphi’s claims.
Sounds like this payment dispute will be handled by the court system if it is not resolved before.
I hope they get through okay, my main concern is their plans on the new portable from them…
