I have loaded an app, iHealthLog ([iHealthlogapp.com](http://iHealthlogapp.com)) on my iPod and it is a great tool for tracking medications, measurements (you can add new ones easily), a diary and reports. The medications allow me to email a list of all current meds to myself or my doctor-or just have them on the iPod (or iPhone). The measurements are fast to log in and the reports allow all the measurements to output to an excel file. The diary is pretty fast and allows for notes. In all it seems to be very professional and a great deal for $1.99 (almost free!).

If anyone has any comments let me know. I expect to start logging every time I take a medicine becasue in emergency it must be great to have.

Sounds useful! Anyone else have any iPod or iPhone apps that help you take better care of yourself?
