Now that several of you have been on SDD or SND for awhile, at what point would you say you felt an increase in yourappetite and energy level?
Right away after starting Daily-Short…gradually,. the more you do it the more energy you start building up.

Like Gus, I would say almost from day one - well, maybe a few days. There’s a Harvey’s burger place on the way home from the hospital which got a lot of business from me during training. I was always famished after finishing for the day.
By any chance, did anyone keep a journal of the changes they went through showing when appetite and energy improved with each day of training?
