Do you fax your run sheets in for home txs or do you otherwise copy and bring to your unit?

In my old clinic patients brought their run sheets in at their clinic appointments. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that one non-profit clinic in my area provides fax machines to patients so they can send in their run sheets after they complete them. I suspect that improves the likelihood that the clinic will get all run sheets. The run sheets are not only important for the nurse and doctor to review for how well the run went, but it documents the treatment for billing purposes.

I email in a billing summary sheet and then bring in the hard copies at my monthly appointment.

We call in our run information before and after treatment. Beth, I know of one for profit unit that also supplies a fax machine to patients.
