I am the neighbor of an 83 year old woman who is a pd patient. I have been taking care of her for the past year or so now. However she is becoming out of hand. I have two you children myself that need my undivided attention. Her kids won’t come and see about her or anything. I’m trying to see if there is a nursing home in town or in the nearest town. I just can’t handle it. My kids need me and I’m too exhausted dealing with the neighbor to do anything. It hurts me. Please help 
You don’t say where you live or what dialysis clinic provides the equipment and supplies for your neighbor. I assume her clinic trained you to help her with her PD. I’d suggest you contact the home training nurse and social worker at her clinic and tell them what you posted here. They should reassess your neighbor and develop a plan of care for her future dialysis.
