Live well, be a Double Grossor

DA CHRONIC …hehehe

Seriously, Dialysis Patients…as written in the books.

I guess I’m a dialyzOr dialyzing with a dialyzEr. Hmm, kind of confusing. I don’t mind being called a “patient”, but I still like Bill’s “dialyzor” term. This kind of reminds me one day when I was in centre, I was kind of intensely studying my machine, and the lady next to me referred to me as “Dialysis Man” because I was interested and knowledgeable in how dialysis works. I thought it was kind of funny.

[QUOTE=beachy;15179]To keep this discussion alive I can say without reservation that i absolutely hate the idea of being called ‘end sstage’ anything! Even ‘patient’ is better than that and ‘consumer’ is miles ahead.

Absolutely Beachy! End Stage sounds so horrible. Though it means end stage for the kidneys, it sounds like its end stage for life!

I prefer dialyzor really. To distinguish from dialyser, maybe we should pronounce it with the ‘o’ too?
