If your going to mail-in labs, why does it have to be in Colorado? We live in NY and mail our labs to California.

Dialysis clinics often have a contract with a lab that does the lab testing for their home and in-center patients. Some of labs that patients on dialysis have drawn are covered under the “composite rate,” the rate that Medicare pays for dialysis. Other labs are separately billable to Medicare Part B. Since the clinic should be paying for some routine labs, I’d suggest you ask the home training nurse, medical director, or administrator from your clinic where you can mail your blood or get your blood drawn locally for lab testing.
