Nocturnal txs tasks a.m./p.m

Ohhh I get you now beachy. I didnt even know they had a hemo unit at Ballina. I thought the closest was Lismore. I was seeing the neph down there but as soon as I developed signs of rejection he shipped me off, hoping to get me transplanted so I didnt need dialysis. I WISH!!! I miss seeing him, he is an excellent doctor. Probly the most “one on one time” specialist I have ever come across, and extrememly thorough.

My Neph want me to dialyze “in center” Nocturnal. You go in center to sleep. Anyone here do that?

When I visit family in the Chicago area I prefer to dialyze nocturnal incenter. If I had to give up home dialysis my next choice would be to dialyze over night incenter. Here is a link to a previous thread:

in that thread I post my discription of my first experience with nocturnal incenter as a visitor. Why not give it a try? It may make a big difference in how you feel and you might hate it less than what you’re doing now. I say take your doc up on the offer and allow some agreed upon trial period to decide if it is right for you.

If after the trial it’s just not working then you try something else.

If I had no choice, I would do nocturnal in-centre over conventional in-centre any day. Just for the sheer fact that its better for you, and you should feel heaps better. Plus you can eat whatever you want (within reason). If it isnt for you then at least you tried it.

IN center nocturnal!? - I didn’t know it was available anywhere other than France!
I’m sure my wife would prefer it if I was doing in-center nocturnal! - No gear, no stock, bedroom 3 back for non-dialysis use, no water unit outside the window… 8)

Wouldnt it be the life hey Bear!!
I was lucky one night my machine had a hissy fit and I rang the Dx unit and they said ohh home training are open tonight ill put u through to them. They had a spare spot, so I did one night in there. Beats going to the conventional Dx unit, which I would of been doing the next day.
