Nxstage red 90 during prime

I was just setting up my machine when at the last minute I got a red 90 alarm during prime. Spoke with people at nxstage…they said that the saline might need to be warmed before prime? Anyone else had this? I have just put on a new kidney…hoping it primes o.k. without any red 90’s…I did not warm up the saline as I got this information after I had already put the new one in.

I never had red 90 before. Are you using the latest software and machine? …

Where do you have your saline stored? Is it room temperature? somewhere like 80 or 75?

Keep in mind that when you setup and get an alarm like that all you do is reset the system and start over…you don’t have to trash your cartridge and put another one in…
