SDD on NxStage vs conventional machines

One benefit that NxStage has over a conventional model machine is if one is getting close to one’s dry weight, he can turn the UF to zero, whereas the conventional machine may have a minimum UF of 300 forcing the patient to either take a bolus or end tx.

Are there any other advantages NxStage has for the performance of the tx that makes a patient feel better during tx or post tx, or is 21/2-3hrs daily the same no matter which model machine is used?
