# \[Single Needle Systems\] Are they good?

Would the single needle system be a good choice for daily home dialysis? Or is it a matter of trying it?

Gus, Don’t have a direct answer to your question. All I know is in our program they prefer the 2 needle but we had 1 patient who had access trouble and he went to single.

I’ve read over the net because of the long hours and slow blood flow that it’s great for Nocturnal…still wanna research or even try it with daily home dialysis…I wonder what gauge they’re available in… :roll:
