hello everyone hope you doing good. i have a question do anyone feel tired and rundown after eating. and since i have been doing home dialysis i have found my energy level has gotten worst. my labs look ok except my urr was 73 now for the past 2 month it has been around 63.
The home training nurse and/or doctor should assess why your dialysis adequacy is dropping. Here is a link to the National Kidney Foundation’s guidelines on Hemodialysis Dose Troubleshooting. You need to get your dialysis adequacy assessed and correct whatever is causing the drop in URR as soon as possible. When toxins aren’t removed well enough, you can have such symptoms as low energy, weakness, nausea, poor appetite, itching, etc.
