Amgen has announced a voluntary recall certain lots of EPOGEN and PROCRIT. Alert your staff, doctors, and home patients to for check lot numbers reported here:

According to the press release posted today, so far there have been complaints directly related to the reported problem, but numbers to call for adverse events are reported.
