Is a CMN or a new application needed to start a home hemo program if you already have in-center dialysis and a peritoneal dialysis program?

I deleted the accidental post to the patient message board. Which state are you in? At a recent talk at the preconference workshop at the Annual Dialysis Conference, Michelle Carver spoke about Certificates of Need, and I think she said that about 11 states required them, but don’t recall which ones those were.
