Effects of the weather?

Is there any effect the climate has on a person doing dialysis? My father in-law has been on dialysis for years and gets very miserable in the very hot heat. I was wondering if this would also be an issue for the cold?

People on dialysis are often anemic which makes them feel cooler than normal even when others are comfortable. If your father-in-law doesn’t perspire as much as normal in hot weather since he’s been on dialysis, that could make him feel warmer than if he perspired normally.

From all I know it usually happens with heat. I do not know of anyone who has abnormal issues with cold. I know part of it is most people already fell wiped out a lot of the times, and then when you get hot that only makes it worse.
