We are mandated to recruit the Home Haemodialysis Therapy & Clinical Practice Manager, Europe, for the European Headquarters of a leading global healthcare company, specialised in products and therapies for the treatment of end-stage renal disease.
In this challenging role and as Member of the European Marketing Team you will be responsible for the implementation of a new innovative home haemodialysis therapy offering. Working in close collaboration with European Medical Affairs, you are accountable for developing, driving and executing clinical and therapy initiatives in line with the renal regional and global strategies. Key to this position is the ability to support the overall growth of this therapy in Europe, the number one strategic goal of the renal business. That involves the development of external and internal training programs to educate, advise, and promote home haemodialysis therapy, the support of Medical Affairs in the developing of KOLs and in facilitating the submission of investigators’ proposal for clinical trials.
Successful applicants have a science, clinical, nursing, paramedical degree or similar and several years of experience as nurse/clinician ideally within nephrology or other chronic diseases, where home therapy is indicated. Experience in teaching and educational processes and in communicating scientific and/or clinical data to healthcare professionals would be an asset. A high level of written and spoken English and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team are a must. Personal quality should include excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, combined with outstanding communication and organisational skills as well as the willingness to travel.
