You may want to describe what you mean, Unregistered. This might mean different things to different people. I suspect that you may be talking about feelings of “bugs crawling” (often on the legs) so that the person affected feels he or she HAS to move. That would be “Restless Legs Syndrome.” But there may be something else going on–a drug side effect, or something else.
