I see it is available to Physicians, Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants and Clinical Nurse Specialists. I think this is the CKD4 materials that Medicare extended coverage to under MIPPA. Anyone cough cough Dori, Beth cough seen what they say/cover?
I haven’t seen the NKF materials. I believe the intent was to help physicians and other qualified providers provide education to CKD Stage 4 patients on topics that are supposed to be covered in the CKD education benefit.
I ordered them 2 or 3 weeks ago, but haven’t received anything.
