HIF inhibitors for anemia in CKD

I read that HIF inhibitors have been studied in some clinical trials to treat anemia of CKD. I was wondering if there are any that have FDA clearance and are being used outside of clinical trials ?
Thx

In a search on the Internet, it looks like the FDA is reviewing Roxadustat, which is approved to treat anemia in CKD in China. Here’s an article from 2020 about that. The manufacturer(s) hoped it would be approved in 12/2020.

Here’s the most recent article on it that I found. The FDA pushed back approval to 3/30/2021. I haven’t seen an update related to whether the FDA is still reviewing the data or whether it was approved.

Thank you so much Beth. I will be keeping an eye out for any new news about Roxadustat approval.
