If you’re a home HD patient on Medicare, the dialysis clinic is supposed to provide your needles for the payment Medicare makes even when you’re traveling. If you have other insurance, it is probably paying the dialysis clinic for supplies, including needles.
Needles are Rx only. My guess is you would have to find nearest pharmacists and have nurse call in.
