Don’t take this to be gospel but at a center in NY state I was told it took approximately 6 months. However at a center in PA it was received in 2 or 3 months. I say don’t take this for gospel because I am taking the word of reliable people but even they can make mistakes. And maybe it depends on how busy the agency issuing the certification is.
