Intermittent or failing screen on a Fres 5008s - UK - Telford

Posted in the patient thread but curious to see if there are any Fres or machine engineers that have come across this problem.

At startup the machine, slips the cursor to the bottom left for a period of time before the menu can be selected. Inc either treatment or. Myself and another home patient are having this issue.
Either a new machine (mine is showing software install from 2015 ) or replacement screen is on order which may take up to a month (paperwork, and funding orders)

After a delay during startup its now in degrease, to follow with heat disinfect..

Thanks Beth.
They give us a full manual when we get the machine here.
Will have a look through. Although.. A filter change, and tightening the power cable at the rear of the machine ‘ SEEMS’ to have solved the problem.

If I can get the all clear from my home treatments team and the techs (what I think they call mechanics in the US!)
I’m guessing they may still want to replace the screen or whole machine, given its age.
