Is it true that medicare will pay for dialysis in Puerto Rico and the u,s virgin islands?

Yes it is true. Medicare has a coverage site here:
http://www.medicare.gov/Coverage/Home.asp
You can enter in Puerto Rico or where-ever and then select “outpatient dialysis” and see the coverage rules.
