NxStage nocturnal and alarms

Patient on NxStage said he easily triggers alarms some txs if he moves his arm and line bends a little. How do those on nocturnal with NxStage avoid alarms like this at night?

I have a catheter, but I have no problems with alarms on NHHD with the nxStage machine…
