One drain line…

Not yet, but can be added…if your really inclined to use it as Nocturnal

3. Is NxStage adding a water system for nocturnal?

Not enough information is out yet on how the addon module will work…

4. Does Medicare require a partner or is training unit specific?

NxStage nor clinics promote the use of the machine for a single person without partner, but I have read and heard people doing it so I assume it was their own decision and not the clinics nor NxStage

What are the possible ways that the drain line can be set up?

If the machine is used nocturnally, but can only run a max. of 6 hrs, how is this done?

It’s just a drain line, no water needed…well, currently…

All that’s needed is one receptable outlet for power and one drain line…you connect the included hose and run it to the bathroom faucet, depending how far it is you can connect two hoses…

As for using it as nocturnal you need to consult with your training clinic…
