I’m new to this - just had a Tenckhoff catheter installed yesterday - and my wife and I are travelling to Egypt & Jordan in October for 3 weeks. It seems like getting dialysis shipped to the various hotels won’t be a big problem, but I’d like to know others’ experiences in this. I’ve read the archives and discussions on the topic, and would like to know how the trips turned out which were discussed.

Being a former dialysis social worker, I’d suggest that you be sure to talk with your home training nurse and dialysis social worker ASAP so they can be working with the supply company to make sure you do what you need to in order to get your supplies through customs.
