I’m a current graduate student at Tufts University studying human factors engineering. I’m taking a class about the design of medical technology, and our final project is to design a portable (in a backpack) dialysis machine for peritoneal dialysis.
I am hoping to talk to a few people who have been on dialysis (hemodialysis or peritoneal) to get an understanding of what the users of the device would expect from this device.
