How long after priming can we use the set? I primed yesterday then was unable to dialyze. Isn’t the saline and primed set good for up to 24 hours?
If you’re using the NxStage cycler, and you can’t find this in your user manual, I’d suggest you ask your home training nurse or call NxStage. NxStage’s technical support number is 1-866-697-8243, Option 1.
I have been in this same situation, I called Nexstage and was told twenty -four hours. I once waited a little longer to hookup and the machine shut down, went to 0000 and said that the time was up on the cartridge.
